Holly
Holly is a Nurse who has earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in the Science of Nursing. Holly has received advanced training under the supervision of leading professionals in the cosmetic industry. She utilizes the latest and most advanced injection techniques in conjunction with industry leading products such as the wrinkle relaxants Botox, Dysport and Xeomin. Dermal fillers by Juvederm, Voluma, Versa, Restalane, Radiesse and Sculptra. In addition, Holly is also a skilled provider of PRP/PRF, PDO threads, Sclerotherapy, Microneedling, Chemical peels including the popular VI Peel, Plasma Pen, IPL Laser, and Pixel Skin Resurfacing. After gaining extensive experience and insight as a travel nurse, working for over a decade all across the United States and Hawaii, Holly returned to her hometown. This exposure led her to discover a personal interest in cosmetic dermatology, being drawn to the art of conservative and subtle treatments to achieve natural and refreshing results. Professionally, Holly was elated to find a niche within healthcare that would allow her to work one on one with patients, offering expertise that stems from a genuine desire to help people. In pursuance of this exciting opportunity, Holly partnered with a well known and trusted plastic surgeon, allowing her to see her vision for Revived Medical Asthetics come to fruition.
Becca, Nurse Practitioner & Aesthetic Injector
With over 15 years of experience in healthcare, Becca has been dedicated to the field of aesthetics since 2019, combining her medical expertise with a genuine passion for skin care. Her personal journey with acne, which persisted from a young age into adulthood, sparked a deep understanding of the impact skin challenges can have on both physical appearance and emotional and social well-being. This personal experience fuels her passion for helping others feel more confident in their own skin. Becca believes that confidence in our appearance allows our inner beauty to truly shine. By offering personalized care, expert guidance, and continued education, she is committed to supporting her clients in achieving their aesthetic goals, not just for the moment but for the long term. At Revived, Becca takes a tailored approach to each client’s needs, focusing on enhancing natural beauty and fostering long-term skin health. She’s dedicated to helping her patients feel their best, inside and out, and continues to stay updated on the latest advancements in aesthetics to provide the best care possible.
Abby, Aesthetic Injector
Abby brings 14 years of nursing experience to Revived, with a background in labor and delivery and a deep commitment to providing safe, effective aesthetic treatments. With a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Science and an Associate’s degree in Nursing, Abby has been a valued member of our team for nearly two years. Abby is passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and treatments in the ever-evolving world of aesthetics. Continuing education is important to her, as it allows her to offer the best possible care to her clients. Her goal is to empower her clients by providing treatments that leave them feeling refreshed, confident, and naturally beautiful. Abby believes in achieving results that enhance each client’s unique beauty, with an emphasis on subtlety and natural outcomes. As a mother of three energetic boys, Abby knows the importance of balance and family. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with Oakley (6), Ryder (3), and Talon (1), whether they’re riding dirt bikes, making crafts, or exploring the outdoors. Fun fact: Abby is a big Harry Potter fan, loves all things mushroom truffle flavored, and is always up for exploring new culinary delights!
Ashley, Aesthetic Injector
With over 10 years of experience in women’s and children’s services, Ashley has developed a true passion for helping others feel confident and their best, both inside and out. As a seasoned injector at Revived Medical Aesthetics, she is dedicated to enhancing natural beauty using evidence-based practices and staying on top of the latest advancements in aesthetics. Ashley believes in the importance of continuous education, ensuring that her treatments are not only safe and effective but also personalized to meet each client’s unique needs. She is committed to providing results that align with her clients’ goals while maintaining the highest standard of care. As a “girls girl”, Ashley is all about empowering women and promoting self-confidence. She’s not afraid to say ‘no’ when needed, always prioritizing her clients’ well-being and results! Outside of the clinic, Ashley is a proud mom who treasures spending quality time with her family. Family always comes first! Fun fact: Originally from Wisconsin, Ashley has lived in PA for over 15 years. And yes, she does love cheese!
Tara, Registered Nurse & Aesthetic Injector
Tara is a registered nurse with six years of experience, but her career in healthcare is actually her second calling. Before becoming a nurse, she earned a degree in exercise science and worked in cardiac rehab and as a personal trainer. Tara transitioned into the role of a cardiac ICU nurse and later took on travel nursing during the Covid pandemic, an experience that was both eye-opening and rewarding. After her time in the ICU, Tara realized her true passion lay in aesthetics. She was drawn to the artistry, precision, and opportunity to help others feel more confident in their own skin. Tara loves educating her clients and seeing the joy on their faces when they leave feeling like the best version of themselves. Aesthetics isn’t just a career for Tara, it’s a true passion. She is constantly working to refine her skills and stay current on the safest, most effective treatments to give her clients the best possible care. Outside of the clinic, Tara is a busy mom to two children (her 10-year-old daughter and 2-year-old son). When she’s not at work, you can find her chasing them around, whether at gymnastics practice, the gym, or hiking their favorite trails.
Reagan, Licensed Esthetician
Reagan is a skilled esthetician with 7 years of experience in the beauty industry, and she’s passionate about all things skin, beauty, and the latest aesthetic techniques. After running her own salon, she decided to step back from business ownership and refocus on what she loves most—helping clients feel confident in their skin. We're thrilled to have Reagan on the Revived team and even more excited to announce that lash extension services are back! Whether you're looking for a natural enhancement or a bold, glam look, Reagan is here to help you achieve your lash goals. With her Aries energy, Reagan thrives on change and enjoys trying new things—both in her professional life and beyond. Outside of the clinic, she’s a dog mom to two adorable pups and enjoys shopping, spending time outdoors, and soaking up the sunshine.
Kari, Aesthetic Practitioner
Meet Kari, one of our talented Aesthetic Practitioners at Revived Medical Aesthetics! With 3 years of hands-on experience in the aesthetics field, Kari specializes in treatments like microneedling, laser services, chemical peels, plasma pen, and personalized skincare plans. Her approach is focused on delivering results that not only enhance your appearance but also boost your confidence. Kari’s passion for skincare stems from her own personal journey with acne. After years of researching and trying various products, she discovered the power of professional treatments and medical-grade skincare—and she’s been dedicated to helping others achieve healthy, glowing skin ever since. Before joining Revived, Kari worked in Orthopedics, but her love for aesthetics ultimately led her to pursue her true passion. She continues to stay on top of the latest trends, techniques, and technologies to provide her clients with the best possible care. Jenn, Licensed Esthetician
Jenn brings 17 years of healthcare experience to Revived Medical Aesthetics, with a true passion for skincare and helping others feel confident and radiant in their own skin. As a licensed medical aesthetician since 2018, Jenn combines her clinical expertise with compassionate care to provide personalized treatments that focus on achieving your healthiest skin. Jenn’s journey in healthcare began at just 16 years old, and her desire to help others has always been at the core of her career. Her own struggles with acne, redness, and scarring have shaped her deep understanding and dedication to skincare. This personal experience fuels her passion for aesthetics, where she empowers clients to overcome their skin challenges and feel their best. Outside of the treatment room, Jenn loves spending time with family, friends, and her pets, and enjoys traveling whenever she can. She’s committed to continuing her education to stay up-to-date with the latest treatments and technologies to ensure you receive the best care possible.
Nichole, RN, BSN, Aesthetic Nurse Injector
Nichole joined Revived Medical Aesthetics in June 2025 and specializes in injectables, facial balancing, lasers, and IV therapy. With a strong background in both hospital nursing and cosmetic dermatology, she brings years of experience providing safe, natural results tailored to each client’s goals. Her passion is helping patients feel confident and refreshed while enhancing their natural beauty. Nichole is also pursuing her Family Nurse Practitioner degree, allowing her to continue expanding her knowledge and expertise in aesthetic medicine.
